Fall traditions fill the next few weeks. Oktoberfest season brings Krush Brau Park's German beer garden near Kissimmee most weekends through the fall, the Orlando German Club's authentic edition in Casselberry Oct 3, Main Street Winter Haven's 19th annual Oktoberfest Oct 9, and Avalon Park's free family version Oct 9-10. Live music and theater are packed: LE SSERAFIM at the Kia Center Sep 30, the Touch Grass Music Fest at the Orlando Amphitheater Oct 3, Don Omar Oct 3, Kany Garcia Oct 4, the Jonas Brothers Oct 6, Camilo Oct 10, Weezer with The Shins and Silversun Pickups Oct 11, Knocked Loose with Denzel Curry Oct 16, and Journey Oct 17. Hamilton runs at the Dr. Phillips Center through Oct 18, followed by Buena Vista Social Club Oct 20-25 and the REDRUM parody musical from Oct 22. Come Out With Pride fills Lake Eola Park Oct 17 with a parade around the lake and fireworks. Lakeland gets the First Friday Cookie Carnival Oct 2, the Plant Pop-Up in Munn Park Oct 10, and the Lakeland Symphony Orchestra's season opener Oct 10. The Mount Dora calendar stays busy with Suds, Pups and Pints Sep 26, the Florida Ultimate Elvis Contest Oct 1-3, Fall in the Field at Renninger's Oct 3-4, Art in the Alley and Discover Leesburg Oct 9, the Soap Box Derby Oct 10, the 52nd Mount Dora Bicycle Festival Oct 10-11, and the 42nd Craft Fair Oct 24-25. Downtown Sanford hosts StreetFest Oct 10, Viva Oviedo and the Sunbridge Hometown Harvest both land Oct 17, and Tavares serves up Rocktoberfest with the Monster Splash seaplane competition the same day. Families have the Zoo Boo Bash in Sanford Oct 17-18, 24-25, and 31, Gatorland's family Halloween weekends Oct 10-25, LEGOLAND Brick or Treat select nights, and trunk-or-treats in Ocoee, Apopka, Orlando, and Longwood Oct 23-24. Pumpkin season is in full swing at Great Scott Farms, Southern Hill Farms, Amber Brooke Farms, the Pumpkin Ponderosa, and St. Luke's UMC patch, while the Great Floridian Multisport Festival races through Clermont Oct 17-18. Sports fans can catch Orlando City SC at Inter&Co Stadium Oct 10, 17, and 24 and the Orlando Magic home opener at the Kia Center Oct 21. Weekly farmers markets continue at Lake Eola, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Lakeland, Mount Dora, and Sanford.
