About Tyler Gibson
A Relocation Expert Who Understands What Moving Feels Like
Tyler Gibson is a Central Florida real estate advisor, investor, and team leader based in the Greater Orlando area. He leads the GPG Team with LPT Realty and has personally completed more than 150 real estate transactions while helping hundreds of families through his team.
Background
Tyler grew up moving frequently as part of a missionary family. He spent much of his childhood living in Mexico, an experience that gave him a broader worldview and a firsthand understanding of what it feels like to adapt to a new place.
Tyler speaks Spanish and moved to Orlando in 2012 after visiting friends in the area. He built his adult life, family, and career in Central Florida. That combination of personal relocation experience and deep local knowledge shapes the approach behind this guide.
Real Estate Experience
Tyler is both a real estate professional and a real estate investor. That distinction matters. He evaluates properties from the perspective of ownership, financing, cash flow, negotiation, risk, and long-term wealth creation, not only from the perspective of helping someone buy or sell a house.
His experience includes:
- Residential real estate sales
- Long-term rental properties
- Short-term rental properties
- House hacking
- Relocation buyers
- Out-of-state investors
- Creative real estate strategies
- Building and leading a real estate sales team
He has been recognized as a top-producing Realtor in the Orlando market, including ranking among the Top 500 agents within the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and receiving Top 20 Under 40 recognition. He has also earned the ICON Award for sales production during his time with eXp Realty.
How Tyler Approaches Real Estate
Tyler believes real estate is one of the most powerful tools available to ordinary people for building long-term wealth. He also does not believe everyone should blindly buy real estate. The numbers and strategy still need to make sense.
His approach starts with understanding what someone is actually trying to accomplish, then determining what real estate strategy makes sense for that goal. He thinks about purchase price, financing, cash flow, equity, appreciation, opportunity cost, exit strategy, risk, negotiation, and long-term wealth.
He values creative problem-solving. A real estate transaction does not always have to be approached as a standard take-it-or-leave-it situation. Sometimes there are other ways to structure a deal, negotiate terms, or create a solution that benefits both sides.
