Buying a home in a new city shouldn't be a leap of faith. I got into real estate the same way a lot of people do; buying a home of my own. My wife and I purchased our first property in Orlando in 2013, and that first homeownership experience quickly grew into a deep interest in real estate investing. Over the next several years, I built a portfolio of rental properties across Central Florida while studying the market the way an investor has to: with a close eye on the numbers, the data,and what the market is actually telling you rather than what someone hopes it's saying.

In 2019, I became a licensed Realtor and started helping other people buy and sell real estate, bringing that same investor mindset with me. That background shapes how I help people moving here. I'm not interested in guessing whether a neighborhood will hold its value or telling you what you want to hear. I let the data lead: comparable sales, days on market, absorption rates, buyer demand trends. Those numbers tell the real story of what an area is worth and whether a home is fairly priced. Data does not lie, even when it is inconvenient.

Since entering the business, I have closed over 192 transactions totaling more than $72 million in sales volume across Central Florida. In 2021, I was recognized as one of Orlando's top-producing agents, placing in the top 2.5% for production,and named one of Orlando's Top 20 Under 40 Rising Star Realtors by the Orlando Regional Realtors Association's Young Professionals Network.
